SDEM ERECTORS NIGERIA LIMITED owes its clients top quality products and service delivery. The primary objective is to provide clients with products and services that meet contractual, statutory and international standards.
The quality objective is supported by a Quality Assurance and Control Management System which at SDEM is a culture.
Every now and then our services and products are subjected to analysis to determine ways of improving them. This is done so as to meet and surpass, if need be, all our clients demands in a professional and ethical manner and always in accordance with: The technical or technological methods and procedures established in local and international practice; the statutory rules and the applicable local and international standards; and the necessary safety requirements.
SDEM staffing shall continuously update their knowledge, act in a customer-oriented manner and be ready to accept new technologies that impact positively on the quality.
Quality awareness, commitment to quality and quality work will be present at all staffing level and all aspects of work. Each of SDEM employees is responsible for quality.
The overall authority for establishment and implementation of the quality assurance/control system is assigned to the QA/QC Manager.
